Growing violence among school students is a matter of great concern.The age which was considered the age of innocence is fast transforming itself into the age of violence . Love,Care , Compassion seem to have disappeared from the index of human life .Giving credit to extrusive forces such as exposure to violence through TV may be considered like shrinking one's duty .Insatiable needs ,lack of patience combined with false ego contribute a lot towards this problem.Daunting task ahead of society comprising school and family is of striking a balance between the core values and salf pride . Quality time spent with there children will help the parents in identifying their problems and finding out solutions within the social framework without hurting the ego and self respect of any one.Exposure to finer points of life such as reading good literature ,listening to music ,singing ,dance ,nature study can contribute a lot towards acheiving the goal of creating an enlightened society rather than merely a literate society. |
